Retention of Data
We use and retain the following data of our customers:
- VAT no. and company name
- Adress and e-mail for the use of invoicing
- Telephonenumber of the company
- Name, telephone number and e-mail of the contact person
- Adress for delivery purposes, if needed
Data are retained and used in the framework of Solvo's digital economic system as long as the customer relation lasts or until the customer asks us to delete data.
Certain data are retained at OneDrive.
When customers order material products to be delivered, relevant information regarding adress and, if necessary, contact person, will be shared with third party, such as a shipping company.

Data Security
Focusing on data security and protection of personal data is an important aspect of running a company.
We use and retain company data for the development and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us. Our usage and retention of data is secured and confidential, living up to the regulations of the GDPR. Data collected will only be used for the purpose they are collected for, and data will be deleted, when the purpose of retaning them is no longer relevant.
We may share relevant information with third parties when necessary in order to handle purchases and sales as well as maintaning customer relations.
When relevant, we have entered the necessary data processing agreements with our suppliers of data processing. This is our guarantee that our suppliers live up to existing rules on data protection.
Objection, Information, Detetion

If our data concerning you are wrong, you are entitled to having them corrected. You also have the right to see the data, we have collected regarding you. Finally you can ask us to delete or minimise data concerning you. In these incidents, you need to contact us.

Personal Data
If you digitally send us an application for a job or an internship, we retain the application in our e-mail archive. Data are not used in other ways or shared with third parties. Our e-mail archive is deleted regularly.
